How does it work?
Basics – I usually work from several high resolution photos, which I make myself or are supplied by you. The quality of the picture has a big impact on the endresult, so I will assist you selecting good or good quality photographs. If at all possible I would like to have a conversation with the person you would like to have depicted. If this is not possible I would like to know as much about the person as possible. This I do to get a feeling about the person.
Design – On the basis of the photos I will make suggestions and preparatory drawings for the composition or design of the painting.
Progress – You will receive regular updates from me about the painting. This includes photos and, if you are interested, explanations about technique and build up. Everything you need or want to know about your new painting. If you live close by, and want to drop in for an in between viering: that’s possible.
Payment – A downpayment of 30% is required on all commissions. Final payment is to be done on delivery of the painting or before shipping. Shipping costs are not included in the price. Paypal, banktransfer or cash is accepted.
Shipping – Worldwide shipping is possible. Shipping costs are billed separately and communicated prior to shipping.
